Twelve-Week Transformation

This twelve-week program will approach your health and fitness
as a means of becoming a stronger, more purposeful, and more balanced
woman. Through powerful group and individual coaching, strength
training, and the companionship of other motivated women, you will
set goals for achieving what you want, design a program of positive
change, learn to overcome obstacles, and begin transforming your
life, both inside and out.
It’s Not Downhill After 40! will help you:
- Regain control of your life.
- Build your strength and personal power.
- Reenergize your being.
- Discover your physical possibilities regardless of age.
- Improve your body image and self-confidence.
It’s Not Downhill After 40! Includes:
Design Session – an in-depth private goal
defining session.
“Wheel of Health” Assessment—
to examine your emotional health/self-confidence, strength, energy,
flexibility/balance, shape management, nutrition, fulfillment, and
optimum health.
Individualized Action Plan — based on your
needs, your body, and your lifestyle.
Personal Development Coaching — three private
sessions each month. A personal development coach is your partner
in helping you achieve your goals and dreams. Through focus, accountability,
and the discovery of real needs, you are able to more easily get
the results you desire.
Group Coaching – one session each month
to include group discussion and guest speakers (health and fitness
experts).
Additional Coaching Contact --unlimited e-mail
support as well as check-in phone calls.
Expert Resource Service -- to help you identify
and access resources (yoga studios, energy practitioners, nutritionists,
personal trainers, books, web sites, etc.) that will enable you
to meet your goals.
Strong Women National Fitness Program -- two group
strength training sessions/ week. Developed by Miriam Nelson, PhD,
acclaimed Tufts University researcher and author of the international
best-selling Strong Women book series. This program is
an introduction to strength training for women of all levels of
fitness. Strength training builds muscles, halts bone loss, improves
balance, and helps control weight.
