Fitness Coaching. More is not necessarily better when it comes to exercise. Feeding rather than starving your body is essential for fat loss and muscle gain. I will help you apply the science of strength training, weight management, nutrition, and cardiovascular exercise to your fitness regimen so that you avoid myths and experience the greatest return on your efforts.

"Wheel of Health" Assessment to examine your emotional health/self-confidence, strength, energy, flexibility, shape management, nutrition, fulfillment and optimum health

Individualized Action Plan that defines and then clearly outlines the path to achieving your health and fitness goals; based on your needs, your body and your lifestyle.

Expert Resources. A successful regimen requires knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of information. I will help you identify and access the resources that will enable you to meet your goals.

Strong Women National Fitness Program. Developed by Miriam Nelson, PhD, acclaimed Tufts University researcher and author of the international best-selling Strong Women book series. This program is an introduction to strength training for women of all levels of fitness. Strength training builds muscles, halts bone loss, improves balance, and helps control weight.

Motivation. Most health and fitness programs fail due to loss of motivation, accountability, and adherence. I will be there to partner and support you every step of the way.
